A quest to bring another color to the lineup brought together a blend of yellow ingredients to make this sauce. We use eight yellow pepper varieties, organic mango, lemon zest, yellow onion, and plenty of garlic to round out another classic. 

Pairings: White fish, Margaritas, Ceviche, Fish Tacos
